All ADA feature measurements need to be processed by the Project Engineer and transmitted to the region ADA Liaison.

Pre-Construction ADA measurement form guidance
Record all measurements using the ADA measurement forms (XLSM 4.70MB) for the different project phases (Scoping and Design/Build). Contact the ADA Data Steward for further guidance if a form is not available for recording a feature's measurements.

Post Construction ADA inspection form
This form, DOT 224-020 (PDF 979KB), will be used for the Contractor As-Builts documentation. The Contracting Agency will be responsible for the final submittal to the ADA Data Steward.
Project development requirements
Follow the requirements (PDF 6.5MB) for pavement preservation projects with a PE Phase start date after December 1, 2016.
