The pre-design study will include a Complete Streets analysis to identify improvements for pedestrians, bicyclists and for those who use mobility devices to travel through the area.
Complete Streets is an approach to planning, designing, building, operating and maintaining the transportation system to allow for safe and convenient access to destinations for all users, including pedestrians, bicyclists, mobility device users and transit riders.
