SR 3 - Chico Creek - Remove Fish Barriers

Project overview

This project is part of WSDOT's ongoing Fish Passage Barrier Removal Program where construction projects remove barriers to fish. The Chico Way/SR 3 interchange has several barriers to fish under both directions of SR 3 and under the highway's southbound on- and off-ramps. This construction project will build replicated natural streambeds for Chico Creek and a tributary to Chico Creek.
